Retirement Communities.Club believes the demographics point to a vast and under-served segment of the American population who are insufficiently provided for by the current outdated housing supply.
American “baby boomers” are said to be turning 55 every 30 seconds and it is projected that population growth will drive demand for all categories of senior housing over the next 15 years. The capital demand for independent living facilities alone is expected to grow from $100 billion today to $250 billion by 2025.
RCC. will develop communities offering homes for sale ranging from 775 sq.ft. condos to stand-alone homes of up to 3,500 sq.ft in beautiful, landscaped communities of 80 – 250 homes.
RCC. will focus on excellence in design influenced by the ‘Georgian’, “Palladian” and “Jeffersonian” periods of European and American architecture.
This will be combined with exquisite modern architecture and landscaping.
Each community will have a modern feel, with designs incorporating a South American feel in Florida and Mexican in Arizona.
Each community will have a club-house with state-of-the-art facilities centred around the members’ lounge, bar and restaurant serving light brasserie style meals through to classical gourmet cuisine.
Adjoining sports and leisure facilities including tennis courts, swimming pool and fitness suites will form part of the amenities.
The American population is now living healthier for longer and delaying entry to more acute care senior housing settings as long as possible, the original senior housing and assisted living facilities are now having to care for much older and sicker patients, especially those with memory care needs, than ever imagined twenty years ago.
RCC. will strive to be recognised as a great manager in the delivery of services in these facilities whether it be the Executive Chef, Facility Events Director, Senior Administrator or housekeeping staff. It is intended that owners’ involvement in the Home Owners’ Association (“HOA”) will be far from a burden for our residents – but a real pleasure.
