A marketing effort will be on going with reservations possible in very early stage projects

Marketing & reservations

RCC is establishing links with marketing agents in Canada and South America in addition to making arrangements with local agents in each location.

Once a project is under contract with the necessary permissions and funding in place a reservations list will open and a Home Owners’ membership system will be launched.

Typically the formal reservation payment procedure would start when RCC confirms the unconditional purchase of a specific site and a fully bonded deposit and scheduled works programme typically as follows:

  1. 10% on execution of purchase and sale agreement;
  2. 20% to be paid 15 days later;
  3. Additional 10% to be paid within 90 days;
  4. 60%, being final payment, on hand-over of title and keys.

Purchasers should be aware that the American equivalent of stamp duty, notary fee, mortgage arrangement and other costs could add at least another 10% to the purchase price of these new properties. RCC has a full range of professional advisors at hand, they can assist purchasers on an independent basis at all stages.

RCC will employ its own realtor in each project responsible for re-sales of owners’ properties and short term rentals as required.
