Services to be Provided

RCC will hand over most of the general management of the community to the Home Owners’ Association once all the homes are sold. RCC will assist key management such as the General Administrator and the Events, Social and Sports Director and will continue to administer many key functions such as property, hospitality and leisure services for and in conjunction with the HOA. RCC will maintain a re-sales office in each community , with a dedicated licenced realtor who will manage all real-estate related matters and an interior design practice. It is intended to keep the burden of managing the HOA to a minimum for the owners.

 

Within each RCC community there will be a full range of hospitality, property maintenance and housekeeping services together with arrangements with third party medical, nursing and other ‘à la carte’ services for those who require them

 

Amenities and services included within a Home Owners’ Association monthly charge (estimated to be between $800 - $1,200)
